SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon affecting extreme Northern Luzon. Easterlies affecting the eastern sections of Luzon and Visayas.


FORECAST: Batanes, Cagayan including Babuyan and Calayan group of islands, Apayao and Ilocos Norte will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast to east will prevail over northern Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas.
