Synopsis: At 4:00AM today, the center of Tropical Storm “HENRY” was estimated based on all available data at 620 km east of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (11.0°N, 132.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph. It is forecast to move northwest at 15 kph.
Forecast: Visayas, Mindanao, Bicol region, Cagayan valley and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms . The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest to south will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate blowing from the west to northwest with slight to moderate seas.
